The protection of your data is of particular concern to us. To best protect your transmitted data, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. We process personal data on the basis of the applicable legal provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and—where applicable—the Telecommunications Act (TKG). The specific legal bases arise from Article 6 DSGVO and are specified for each processing activity.

1 Purpose of Data Processing and Legal Basis

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter “data subject”).

For all data processing activities, the following applies: We have concluded all necessary data processing agreements and store your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the contract plus statutory retention periods. After these periods expire, personal data is regularly blocked or deleted.

  • When you access our website, your access data is automatically collected and stored, including your IP address. This process is technically necessary. The storage of log data also enables us to detect and trace events such as hacker attacks. This constitutes a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO.
  • We also process personal data received from you within the framework of a business relationship exclusively for providing our services and fulfilling our service contracts. This also applies to processing necessary for pre-contractual measures. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(c) DSGVO(legal obligations).
  • If you contact us, the associated personal data—especially your name, email address, or phone number—will be processed for handling your inquiry and for the duration of the business relationship plus statutory retention periods. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) DSGVO (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO, and Art. 6(1)(c) DSGVO.
  • You may request transport services via the “Request Now” button. The related personal data (name, contact details, pickup and destination information) is processed for handling the request and for the duration of the business relationship plus statutory retention periods. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) DSGVO.
  • You may also place orders via our online portal. To use it, you must register once and provide your name, address, and contact details. You may also enter employee names. Please note that you are responsible for complying with data protection regulations towards your employees. You can delete your account at any time. Data is processed for the duration of the account and business relationship plus statutory retention periods. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a), (b), and (c) DSGVO.
  • Our Track & Trace service can be used without providing personal data.
  • For order processing, we use the service shippingNET by ondot solutions GmbH. Data is processed for order handling, transport planning, shipment tracking, route planning, quality assurance, and customer inquiries. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) DSGVO. All data is stored securely and in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, and only for as long as necessary to fulfill our documentation and retention obligations.
